Werner
has more than 23 years of experience in the business
sector. His background includes performance management,
business development, financial planning, value-creation
consulting, capital investment program management, joint
venture and acquisition pricing, labour costing, contract
evaluation and business intelligence systems development.
He has worked with all sizes of private and public sector
organizations. Werner applies his unique ability to
quickly determine the key elements of success and to
provide insights, tools, training and mentoring that
result in lasting change. His high-energy, informal
approach ensures original, value-adding solutions for
each of his clients.
Qualifications and Accomplishments:
- Developed
a model of the key drivers of the air-traffic control
business for NAV Canada including advising the Board
of Directors and the executive, mentoring Operational
Managers and establishing systems to monitor all key
performance factors. As a result, NAV Canada received
the International Air Transportations Industry's "Eagle
Award" as the most respected air navigation service
provided in the world.
