His background includes performance management, business development, financial planning, value-creation consulting, capital investment program management, joint venture and acquisition pricing, labour costing, contract evaluation and business intelligence systems development. Qualifications and Accomplishments:

• Developed a model of the key drivers of the air-traffic control business for NAV Canada including advising the Board of Directors and the executive, mentoring Operational Managers and establishing systems to monitor all key performance factors. As a result, NAV Canada received the International Air Transportations Industry's "Eagle Award" as the most respected air navigation service provided in the world.
