Debbie has over 20 yrs. experience in the business sector including Business Analysis, Project and Team Management, Systems Analysis and Design, including Internet marketing and web design. She has also created and facilitated various coaching and training programs. Debbie's ability to see the Big Picture, makes her a unique communicator. • Coached and trained several organizations and numerous individuals in customized training programs such as: effective communication skills, creativity, media interviews, organizational problem solving etc.

• Successfully consulted several businesses in the development, re-design and upgrading of their IT systems. Responsible for training staff,
  clients, end users on several contracts.
  
• Studied training programs in creativity, presentation skills, NLP coaching, communication skills specializing in structural and transactional analysis. Completed business coaching programs including "total quality management", customer service, time management, goal setting.
